The task of the joint representative is to provide a relaxed living-space for the owner
of the property and for the families. We consider the representation of the occupant’s
common interest from financial, legal to technical point of view as the main obligation
of condo management. Our team of representatives consists of professional experts of
the field, having several years of experience in condo and property management.

Regarding our financial activities, we strive for a precise, transparent and easily verifiable book-keeping and accounting. We also trace current accounts, payments, we make sure that payment discipline is respected, and the common costs are collected by the deadline. In our budget, always considering the interest of the condo, we propose recommendations regarding preventive maintenance, other operational costs (gardening, repairing, cleaning, etc.) and condo renewal. In case of contracted condos, we place a preliminary price offer for the arising tasks (no extra charges applied for turning up on the site). |

We operate with fixed prices and we undertake a guarantee. The work processes are inspected by a condo manager, who will approve the finished work only if it is considered appropriate. Our on-line repairs centre enables us to monitor the arising failures and errors detected by the occupants. Our IT system allows us to contact the appropriate professionals and our team of experts effectively and quickly. We also operate a telephone call-centre, which enables the occupants to contact the joint representative, whose main task is to provide the joint and common representation and to manage all required operation related tasks.
From the legal aspect, the joint representative is also responsible for convening the general assembly, preparing the Rules of Organization and Operation and representing the condo against a third party.
The condo manager is authorized to collect outstanding debts, in cooperation with lawyers if needed.
